Not a crazy creeper, just an outgoing nerd!
I'm 28, and for whatever reason that seems old to me. Though, most times I feel like I still have the energy of someone in early to mid twenties. I always want to go out and do random things and more often than not my friends of the same age would rather just stay in and watch a movie. While usually I'm up for that too, sometimes I just want to go and have a drink and play some arcade games or skeeball at kung fu saloon dang it! I will say up front that I'm still in a sort of adventure mode... see, I moved here from southern California last year and I still have lots of things I want to go out and do and places I want to see, this place is so freakin' rad. And while I have done some things on my own, it's always just so much better with a special someone, am I right?! heck ya I am!
So the basics, lets get that out of the way first, cool? I have a degree, it's for sociology but it was kind of a waste because I work in software development. Sure, it's kind of boring and totally isn't the whole badass CIA agent job I wanted back in college, but I get to work on some cool stuff that is changing the face the marketing, that is sort of awesome right? maybe? Anyway... I have my own place, I have a sweet new car, a motorcycle, and an almost disgustingly adorable cat named Guinness. I have a great group of friends (minus the previous mentioning). We have boardgame nights, movie nights, do random trips, fun low key parties, and sometimes they let me convince them to get all dressed up in crazy costumes and have a murder mystery dinner... it's kind of badass. In summary I have all my stuff together, no debts, no baggage, no lingering ex's, in all honesty I think the only downer thing going on in my life is that I don't have some equally cool person to share my life with... I need to meet my match people!
So I definitely consider myself a random person. Not in like a crazy, I'm going to randomly snap kind of way... more like a, 'hey.. lets go on some kind of random fun road trip, because why not?!'. I seem to bounce from interest to interest so it's almost like shooting fish in a barrel in trying to relate to someone about any sort of topic. For example, some of my past interests have included: Archery, bowling, remote control helicopters, painting, music production, half baked business ideas, and so much more. When i find an interest, I usually go head first into it, I never think anything is too hard or too complicated, I make that hobby my... well, you know. Point is that I don't really stay idle, I like to change things up and keep life interesting, there is definitely some keeping up to do if someone were to hang around me often! Right now I'm practicing cooking skills! Speaking of random, one day I got bored of my old car being beige and painted it with a paint that has now made it a chalkboard. I like drawing dinosaurs on my car, who doesn't?!
Alright, so for the most important part, who the eff am I looking for? Well, that is a tough question. Everyone is an individual and always has something new to offer so it's hard to really limit myself to certain specifics of who I would like wife wants sex tonight Rock Springs Wyoming to meet or talk to. I will say that for me, physical attraction is definitely a part dating and while it may seem shallow, I'm not saying I'm only looking for super skinny barbie dolls... heck no. I keep in decent shape and try to eat right and make it to the gym every now and again, I like to hike, expend lots of energy, and basiy it would be nice to find someone who fits the same lifestyle as myself. (Essentially if you are the 'BBW' type, it wont be a match, apologies) Also, all I really ask is that you don't have any lingering ex's, or are extremely indecisive, or lack communication. I'm a grown man, I can handle honesty, and always appreciate it when someone can say whatever is on their mind without hesitation. I only say this because it seems to be the latest trend of 'dating woes' I have come across here in Austin, but I remain optimistic!
While all this is really just a goofy posting to try and show that I can be a fun guy, I do have a serious side, and I put a lot of effort into those I care about it. I'm an open book so feel free to ask me about anything, and I will most likely respond, maybe with a little too much depth that it will bore the living crap out of you, but it will all be honest! So shoot me a message if you think you might be someone I could get along with, and might take an interest toward... we can chat it out and go from there, perhaps a drink at the local badass byob arcade.

MST3K movies, Wayne's world, Princess bride, Army of darkness, Serenity, Dr. Horribles.., Fight club(or any ed norton movie), Zombieland, Best in show, 10 things I hate about you, The Brothers Bloom, Goonies, Spinal Tap, Grandma's Boy, Step Brothers, Top Gun, and most nerdy trilogies (back to the future, star wars, etc). I will sit through any movie, it's a great passtime.
TV:
Trueblood, Entourage, Dexter, How I met your mother, Archer, Firefly, Party Down, Game of Thrones, The Office, Always sunny in Philadelphia, Extras, 24, Venture brothers, Parks and Rec, Wheel of fortune and Jeopardy (old person in me), Arrested development, Futurama. I don't have cable so I rely on netflix :D
Music:
I listen to a range of music really, if it makes my eardrums tingle, I'll give it a chance. I introduce my friends to new sounds all the time, so if you would like specifics, just ask!
Food:
I am very non discriminate when it comes to food, even vegetarian or vegan! Some of it is surprisingly good! But... sushi!! yay!
