Hi ladies.
So here's the thing...I've been friendless for almost 8 years. Every time I befriend someone, I'm always the one to have been used and hurt. Maybe I'm just too caring or trusting. I don't know. I don't want to change who I am as a person, but I'm afraid to let people get close to me for fear they will take advantage of me and eventually part ways leaving me to be alone and confused again.
A little about me -
will be 27 in Sept.
Work as a nanny with a very open schedule
Married for almost 4yrs to a great guy
No kids, and not looking to have any anytime soon (tho no worries if you have kids, I'm a nanny after all so I like kids)
I have my own car and love road trips to AC or NY
I'm quiet usually, but at the right moment with the right person I will be goofy and silly and just not care what comes out of my mouth
i don't smoke and almost never drink and not really into the whole 'club scene' but will happily go out for lunch or dinner with you :)
I'm caring, honestly deep down genuinely care for my friends....when I have them that is :\
I HATE drama. I have enough of my own shit to worry about that I don't need more added to it. I'm not the type to air out my family business. Some things should just stay behind closed doors. Thats not to say I'm not willing to listen and give advise if asked.
I'm catholic but not active in my religion. Just wasn't brought up going to church or anything so if you are, just don't preach it to me. I have respect for everyone's faith or beliefs I just don't like when others try and push it on me.
I love to go to the movies, walk around philly and check out the lil antique shops or whatever. I'm big time into animal rescue and LOVE to be around dogs so if you have one - I would be oh so happy for you to bring the pup along with you when we hang out. I have two cats of my own and no dog yet but hopefully one day. I hate people who are cruel to animals and tho i get pissed if I see it or hear about it I won't get all PETA and throw red paint or anything like that. I just care about them and am passionate about animals.
I'm into photography so hopefully you won't mind me taking lots of pics of our outings and such.
